Shipping:

Our orders ship Monday through Friday via UPS GROUND SERVICE (excluding Federal Holidays). We try our best to pack and ship products from Nashville within one business day following online purchases. Please know our order fulfillment could take up to 2 days. For example, “Next Day” means the item will arrive in 1-2 business days or more.

Note: If you need an item urgently, Please call or text us at 615-730-5789 and we’ll be glad to help you right away!

Planet Cowboy provides Free Shipping for all "In Stock" products on all Domestic orders over $200. Rush delivery on domestic orders is available and will be quoted at checkout.

RETURNS:

For returns and exchanges, Planet Cowboy will be happy to assist with questions concerning styles, fit, etc. to find you a product from our website  that you will be completely satisfied with.  

If you would like to return an item, we make it easy, simple, and inexpensive. A flat $14 shipping fee (due to the high cost of shipping boots and hats) will be deducted from your refunded amount.  You are always welcome to use your own labels to return.  Full refunds will be granted only if the merchandise is return in the original packaging without any scratches or wear n' tear.  Planet Cowboy has the right to charge a fee for any merchandise not following this protocol.

EXCHANGES:  

Planet Cowboy provides free exchanges up to three times. We understand you may want to try several styles and sizes to suit your sizing needs. In the event you want a full refund after several attempts to exchange we will charge $14 per shipment to and from Nashville due to the high cost of shipments. We hope you understand. Our highly trained fitting specialist can assist you prior to shipping via text, phone, or video call. 

 *All orders over $800 will be shipped with signature required upon delivery* If you want to waive signature then give us a call and we can adjust that before shipping.

PRE-ORDERS:

If the style and size indicate a “ships by” date, the item is due in from our factory. Example: Size 7 – Ships by 7/30/24, means that the boots will ship out to you no later than July 30, 2024.  Once the order is placed, your credit card is charged immediately. Unfortunately, paying for expedited shipping will NOT speed up production.  Please call the store for more details about the boot you are interested in purchasing-we can give you detailed info on that boot at the time of call.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Planet Cowboy ships Internationally (except Exotic Material Boots). Shipping costs are quoted at checkout based on product weight and destination.  All import taxes, including VAT, import duties, etc. are paid for by the customer. 

We strive to keep the latest, most exclusive boot styles in stock. In addition, many of the boot styles we carry are hand made to order. We urge customers to call us with any questions before ordering to ensure that sizing and styles will be satisfactory.

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION POLICIES:

Planet Cowboy reserves the right to contact customers who place orders that total $1,000 and above to request proof of identification. This policy protects consumers and retailers from fraudulent activity.
